2012 ESA-VA Region IV Scholarship Winner

Pictured above is our Region IV ESA-VA Schollarship Winner for 2012 Conner Sprinkle. She will be attending Roanoke College this fall. Part of the qualifications for the scholarship is a parent in law enforcement or with a fire department. Sheriff Ronald Sprinkle has been in law inforcement for 28 years, including 13 years as Sheriff of Botetourt County.
